Integrating Infrastructure in the sub regions
Sustaining development into primary infrastructure of the sub regions of Africa, to connect, integrate and build communities and economies, through targeted investments, partnerships, and collaborations between governments, multilateral developmental agencies, regional and international investors, and community organisations; working to devise projects and programs that could build capacity in key infrastructure and bring opportunities to people and societies -  The work of the African Union, NEPAD, Africa Development Bank, international investors, ECOWAS Bank, and World Bank.

Regional Infrastructure - Centre of Excellence
A centre of excellence (COE) that could be new built or inside an existing commercial structure (regional Chamber of Commerce) could integrate and add value to information about infrastructure provided by national, regional, private and public sector organizations, including AU, developmental banks and agencies. COE would track all infrastructure initiatives, programs, and projects across Africa and provide clear and transparent databases on an interactive portal (africainfrastructurecentreofexcellence.com) which can be accessed from internet terminals from anywhere. COE content would include data about Africa infrastructure funds, funds to support training, preparing feasibility projects, and access to consultancy. COE could also offer training courses on how to prepare feasibility projects, identify and access Africa infrastructure funds, and how to engage consultants and prepare infrastructure specific toolkits capabilities into the databases, allowing for participation of international investors and to access specialized data required to make bids and presentations.
