Building an Africa Centre of Excellence (COE), new built or laid out inside an existing commercial structure (regional chamber of commerce or business institute) to integrate and add value to information about infrastructure provided by national and regional governments, private and public sector organizations, including AU, developmental banks and other stakeholders: COE would promote and track Africa infrastructure initiatives, programs, and projects and provide clear and transparent data about them and related funds, consultancies, prospective investors, feasibility studies, and toolkits, on an interactive website accessible from internet terminals from around the world.

Towards a Regional ICT Centre (Pan African ICT Observatory)
Towards a pan African ecommerce industry Observatory to coordinate ICT, projects, and data, and propel the development of ICT and ecommerce across the continent by contributing to an enabling environment capable of bridging the digital divide between African nations and the rest of the world. The roles played by ICT/ telecom and satellite providers in the formation of the ICT Pan African Observatory, and how they could partner with governments and regulators to facilitate implementation of the program, which was laid out at the 2nd EU-Africa Business Forum in Accra, Ghana in 2007.

URBAN DEVELOPMENT
OBJECTIVE: How to create affordable housing stock for the masses, through regeneration of urban areas, renewal of dilapidated stock, construction of affordable housing for the masses and empowering owners and employees of SMEs and micro enterprises to create the capabilities and capacity required to qualify for low cost housing stock and subsequently continue the building process of housing and surrounding infrastructure.
