The II GBC Corporate Africa Health Conference and Exhibition will be held at the International Conference Centre in Abuja, Nigeria, September 2nd to the 4th.

Pre Registration at Airport
There will be a registration desk at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (Abuja International Airport) on August 31st and September 1st 2008 for delegates and visitors to register upon arrival at Abuja. Visitors and delegates are advised to reigister their contact details with the event organizers whilst staying in Abuja.

Transport Facilities
Buses will be available at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport on August 31st and September 1st 2008 to transport participants and visitors who are registered with the organizers to their hotels in Abuja. Buses will run from 1pm to 9pm between those dates and will be available to transport delegates and visitors to hotels. All participants arriving at the airport in Abuja are advised to inform the organizers on carol@coporate-africa.com of their flight details, and the date, and the time, of their arrival. Private car hire can also be arranged

Accomadation
The Nicon Luxury Hotel is situated next door to the International Conference Centre, with direct access leading from the grounds of the hotel into the conference and exhibition centre. The Nicon Luxury is a five star hotel. It is currently undergoing refurbishment but management have stated that it will complete by the end of August 2008. The hotel offers a special rate of US$200 for visitors and participants in the II GBC Corporate Africa Haleth Conference & Exhibition for who ever wants to stay there. Other sponsored hotels are listed further down.

Travel Agency
The official travel agency is able to provide bookings and assistance to connect to other Afircan and international destinations for delegates and visitors if required.

To enter the Federal Republic of Nigeria visitors outside of ECOWAS will need a visa. A letter of invitation will be issued by NIBUCAA and sent to you by CWC.

Are required to be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the date of departure.
