Cancellations for Delegate Registrations received before 20th August 2009 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after 21st August 2009 will not be refunded. Registration fees do not include any personal travel insurance. International visitors are strongly advised to arrange personal insurance to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc while arranging attendance and travel itineraries. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any delegate failing to insure themselves.
