Airport

There will be Conference representatives at Heathrow International Airport on September 13th 2011 for delegates and visitors to register as they arrive at the Airport. Visitors and delegates are advised to register their contact details with the Conference organisers.

Transport Facilities
Buses will run from 1pm to 6 pm on Registration day, 14th September and from 7 am to 6pm on 15th and 16th September. A schedule of arrival and departure times will become available in the final update at the start of September 2011. Participants arriving at Heathrow or Gatwick airport are advised to inform the organizers on +44 (0)207 089 8830 of their flight details, and the date, and the time, of their arrival. Private car hire can also be arranged
